However, this is irrelevant.  We can't start removing exam items on the 
fly unless we can replace them.  All this does is adds 2 extra possible 
"correct" answers to existing items.  It isn't complicated.

What would be more complicated is stating "answer in english only please" 
for words like "mail" which is translated in other languages.
