I'd say no.
The use of FITB should be restricted to file names, comands, and similar standardized LSB stuff.
We should avoid to have localized output of commands filled in.

No you did not misunderstand.
I agree with Torsten. FITB items should be limited to non-translatable items such as commands and file names.
