First off, a non-technical idea would be great.
You can focus on licensing, basic designs, etc...

BTW, I don't like the "Core" name.

Why not something like "Linux Concepts and Foundations" (LCF*)?
Or similiar?

I'd normally use "Professional," but that has a technical connotation.
