That is a very valid question.
It won't be $100, or even half that. We're looking at a program intended to be very low cost and delivered in high numbers. If we can work at a school-board-wide level the initial goal is to have the cost under $10 per person.
Consider also that the skills tested by LinuxCore will not, in themselves, be enough to help get someone get a career. For this reason LinuxCore will likely be launched as a "certificate" program rather than a "certification". It's a subtle but important distinction.
