No, there is not a rock solid plan yet.

LDAP and Samba are the first proposed of a series of exams, so you could
achieve LPIC-3 by taking them or take one, wait until other exams are
available and then choose the one you think that fits best as the second
one...

I explicit wrote IMHO because I'm not the one that takes decisions. I
only believe that the Level 3 exams will be so different that it
wouldn't make a sense to extract common parts of them to create a "core"
exam. But IMHO means that anybody with a better idea will get applause
from me :-)

Regarding the title: what I like is not important. As far as I can tell
there is no decision about the exact title and certificate format yet.
The only thing that is known, is a result of the past certification program:

Senior Level Administration (LPIC-3)

Pre-Requisites: : You must have an active LPIC-2 certification to
receive LPIC-3 certification, but the LPIC-2 and LPIC-3 exams may be
taken in any order.
Requirements:Passing any two of the Level 3 exams to be offered

So the title will be probably LPIC-3 and we will have to add either a
"sub-title" or mention the taken exams in the certificate.

Regards,

Taki
