The last time I was there (sometime in January), I even took photo evidence.
There is dust everywhere. And the inverter has dead batteries. Infact the
uptime of Infocom's router at the IX has never been more than 2 days.
This is strange considering that this is the uptime of one of the servers
at the IX:
