Years ago my wife bought me an ipod. It crashed and wouldn't reset. Eventually apple replaced it and it crashed and wouldn't rest. I gave up and bought a standard mp3 player. So on the basis of one bad review extrapolates across the whole product range this proves all apple products are bad?
