1.2.2 How LYX Looks ... There are three cases where you might want a horizontal scrollbar. The first case is large figures, displayed WYSIWYG. This, however, is due to a flaw in the routine that displays graphics on the LYX screen in a WYSIWYG fashion; it should rescale the graphics to fit in the window, just as you d need to rescale graphics to fit on a page. The second and third cases are tables and equations which are wider than the LYX window. You can use the arrow keys to scroll horizontally through the table, but this doesn t work for equations yet. -- Angus
