I would recommend that "LyX Encyclopedia" be pulled out of the User Guide and 
indexed under LyX-Help as a separate document. The new ground rule being that 
"old stuff" is removed/replaced so that "LyX Encyclopedia" always reflects the 
current system.

PS: I would hope that a separate "LyX Encyclopedia"  -- and the knowledge that 
it should always be up-to-date -- might encourage some new contributors to the 
LyX cause; i.e., some that can contribute at the less-technical (but also 
important) USER level.
