I don't know off hand, but I think it would be easy.
Check the text.C file, and seen if you can get the height of the line
somewhere. Then plug that in instead of maxAscent+maxDescent of the
current font in the minipage-drawing code.
I don't have time to do this (or anything else), sorry.
