software which can result in the oozing that you are seeing on your
print. Hot end temp may be slightly too high which can also cause
oozing. There is a great little test block I use to quickly check

If the layers delaminate, the hot end temp is too low.
If the bridging sags, the hot end temp is too high, or you don’t have
sufficient cooling on the job.
If you see ‘ripples’ in the vertical sides, the drive belts need
tightening, or tolerances on the X/Y axis are sloppy.
If you see stringing, try more retraction.
Shapeways may be better if you are in the US, but where’s the fun and
satisfaction compared to printing your own creations 😊

Astonishingly, I was just able to print a functional carrier in PLA on
a Creality CR-10S. (A very common home $400 fdm printer from a year ago.)
I got the printer last year but only opened the box a couple days ago
and this is only my 3rd attempt to print anything at all.
The carrier looked like crap on the print bed, but after a little
manual clean-up, it turned out to actually work!
So, these things can be printed at home after all.

Although, for $5, the Shapeways output is way better.
