Unfortunately I can't get anything higher than this god awful dial-up connection I've got (I live in a remote spot in the country), and I've got friends who are only paying a little more and they are getting broadband. Makes me a little sick and it just got me wondering again whether there was an alternative to the system I'm using at the moment to connect.
With my BTInternet dial-up, although it is fairly slow, it connects pretty much 90% of the time, which is a lot better than some PC owning people I suppose.
