No, they will always be different. The difference should be accounted for by the amount of memory consumed by the Operating System � in your case only 11MB. Check this out in the list below.
This is a relatively small amount, but the exact amount does vary a lot from system to system � some of them have bigger ROMs than others and there are other variables. Given that you have 125MB free, I would assign no more than 110MB to Photoshop. This leaves 15MB free for printing and any other requirements for memory that might arise while you are running Photoshop. Now try testing with Newer Gauge Pro and see what happens.
