For comparative purposes, current decent video cards on the Mac come
with a minimum of 128 MB of VRAM and good ones have 256MB of VRAM. The
PC world is using 512MB of VRAM (this helps to keep up with the Mac in
games and graphics) and I do not think it will be long before we see 1
GB VRAM cards in the the consumer desktop world.
