I'm actually not thinking about the Red Sox right now. It's the other team that 
I cheer for.

But it all relies on the same set of cables and such, no? For us, relying on 
Insight would be a big mistake, because we lose cable service at least once a 
year, esp. when it is windy. Relying on AT&T is not any good either.

There are plenty of people who sadly look at the 1870's as the pinnacle of the 
US (whether they know it or not), what with a gold standard, monopolies galore, 
legal snake-oil salesmen and the like. The whole idea of keeping monopolies at 
bay went out in 1980, and has stayed out regardless of the president. Sad.
