The Touch ID feature on both my iPad and iPhone no longer works. In trying to correct the issue, on two or three occasions, I have deleted the fingerprint and then readded it. It might work once or twice but then stops working.
I have an otterbox case on my iPhone, and it used to work till the cover got smeared. So I would clean it off and it would work again. But not anymore.
