The trouble is the bounce from that shithole doesn't say who the subscriber is. 
Scott checked last year (or the year before?) and could not find who was 
causing the bounce, and the shithole server ignores all the lsit headers about 
bounces and errors (It's a "FirstClass" server, which was a steaming pile of 
crap back in the 90's and evidently is still a steaming pile of crap.

I tried to complain directly to the people at utexas.edu and never got a reply.
