Its totally broken. the other day, I opened up a pdf, and there was no text what so ever despite me being able to open it in my windows machine. I was with a sighted person and she told me that I was stuck on a page which had pictures, and could not find a way to get out of that page. she had to do it with VO turned off. I believe that the level of pdf support has in fact gotten much worse, and apple accessibility definitely need to be notified of this.
