Hi, This sounds like it may be a little different since she is running Mavericks. I must be lucky or something, I read pdf’s daily as part of my work and don’t have the problems that many of you speak of. Not saying that there isn’t an issue, just saying that the intermittent problems tend to be the most difficult to find and repair.
