I had this problem with IOS 1.1.2. I had Siri make a call. I got a recording, then I could not find the end call button. The screen seemed to still be on Siri. I could hear the hapticks, but I could not get to the phone dial pad, home screen or nothing. I had to power off and restart to end the call.
