Probably even with a Mac. The passcode is required to allow the Mac OS
to manage the phone. This is too serious. I can imagine some friend
getting in serious troubles in an event like that outside. Call Apple
and let them know, please.

Finder in Catalina. If not, I believe that you'll need sighted
assistance. A simple restart might do the trick, but if that doesn't
cut it, then a restore should, but of course you'll need to have

There must be some combination of settings that is causing this for
those of you who experience it more than others. I did some testing
this morning, and could not replicate the problem while using the
iPhone without headphones. I made numerous outgoing calls,
disconnected the call myself first, disconnected it first from the
other phone, tried to disconnect simultaneously, all with no loss of
sound. I thought that maybe since speaker routing was possibly a
factor, I did the same while on speaker phone. Still no loss of

find it frustrating, maybe even exasperating if I did have it happen

big boys at Apple figure it out soon so that this can be eliminated.
