Hi, Do you have a Mac? If so, you could restore from iTunes or from the Finder in Catalina. If not, I believe that you'll need sighted assistance. A simple restart might do the trick, but if that doesn't cut it, then a restore should, but of course you'll need to have sighted assistance if you can't get VO going.
