Yesterday it happened to my iPhone 11 Pro. As I tried to switch it off and on 
again somehow the emergency call became activated and all my emergency contacts 
got a message. I didn't notice. So you can imagine what a mess.
Actually Apple should have warned VO users about this massiv bug.
