Hi guys,

Something serious going on here.

After the loss of Voice Over audio when turning on the phone I placed a call to 
the phone and was able to get audio back during the life of the call.

When I hung up the Voice Over audio was gone again.

After resetting all settings to defaults audio is gone for good and I can not 
even turn on voice over or answer the incoming call.

I am unsure how I am going to get myself out of this one at this point.

Should be hard to replicate, otherwise probably it would be already on the go 
to a fix. The Apple advisor refused the logs from my phone…

There must be some combination of settings that is causing this for those of 
you who experience it more than others.  I did some testing this morning, and 
could not replicate the problem while using the iPhone without headphones.  I 
made numerous outgoing calls, disconnected the call myself first, disconnected

lucky right now as I'm not experiencing this problem and I certainly would find 
it frustrating, maybe even exasperating if I did have it happen as often as 
others have reported.  I guess I'll just hope that the big boys at Apple figure 
it out soon so that this can be eliminated.

stream a radio station before making a call. I just told Siri to play a song
