a GUI philosophy question:
i'd think that a new item in the message menu (also when right clicking on
a message?) is needed. at what point does it become more appropriate to
to have a pull right from a "Filter" item as opposed to simply adding
another item? is there some standard threshold for going to a pull right
arrangement?
