 I think it is not worth to make a new menu with less than 3 commands so in
this case I'd say that you should add a new item in the main menu except
that the "Message" menu is already the longest in the program and I'm not
even sure if there are any available accelerators left for it (look in
src/gui/wxMenuDefs.cpp). So maybe it would be better to make a new submenu
and put more commands into it -- but I don't see which ones.
