I do not know whether a hosting service with Mailman on cPanel would allow you to easily transfer your lists and archives. If so: our Mac user group has website hosting and some lists (3 or 4, IIRC) by mojolab.gr (formerly called digimouse.eu). Their website is in Greek and you can switch to English.
