I used to be able to recommend EMWD as their services were reasonably
priced and they would accept MM 2.1 config.pck files and archive mbox
files for import to their servers and they could do list migration to
Mailman 3. Unfortunately, the proprietor died a few years ago and the
company has been taken over, but I have no reliable information about
their current services.
