I contacted WHC.ca today. They are also not a good fit for a discussion list.
Limit of 500 users max per list, & no high-volume sending.

I asked:
I am looking for MailMan discussion list hosting. That is all I need. I have 5
discussion lists of less than 100 users each, and 1 list of 4800 people. I have
my domains already hosted elsewhere, so I want these discussion lists to be on
my subdomains. Do you offer MailMan discussion list hosting? What are the costs?

Here is what whc.ca said;
