I used to be able to recommend EMWD as their services were reasonably priced and they would accept MM 2.1 config.pck files and archive mbox files for import to their servers and they could do list migration to Mailman 3. Unfortunately, the proprietor died a few years ago and the company has been taken over, but I have no reliable information about their current services.

We continue to use EMWD for about a dozen lists (two different domains, one on MM2 and the other on MM3). The price has gone up considerably from the extremely low charge Brian gave to us as non-profits, but they have continued to provide good service.

The only issues we've had have been the ongoing battle to keep AOL and the other remaining mailopoly providers from blocking our traffic for random reasons. EMWD has been pretty good about getting those issues resolved.
