You can't label anything in the animated layer. As far as MapInfo
is concerned, there is no data associated with any object in an
animated layer; you can't select it, view it, edit it or alter
any display properties interactively. You can, however, select
animated layer objects and change their styles through MapBasic,
but labels are not accessable. If you want to get tricky I
suppose you could combine a label layer with your objects and
manipulate them that way, but as I say, it's tricky.
