Sounds good. Why not send it to Bill for inclusion on his web site?

No matter how sophisticated the range of grid makers are, they are all table 
/builders/. Try making 
a 1 degree grid of the world and see how big the files are! To me, it just seems 
rather ridiculous 
that something which can easily be calculated on the fly during a map redraw has to be 
implemented as a data set of line/rectangle/regions, etc.
