They're hard to use: Mouse only (no keyboard accelerator, and can't pull them up with the keyboard). Also are not sticky (have to keep mouse button pressed to see menu). I'm sure there are also edge cases where the menus/sub-menus fall off the screen / etc... GI -- 'Chickens' -- The only animals you eat before they are born and after they're dead.
