+1 Ruben, I applaud the work you're doing to bring in Spanish-speaking users and make them comfortable and productive using Matterhorn. And I agree with your effort to keep this wiki space "in the fold", not off in a completely separate world.
From your description I perceive this Spanish-speaking Matterhorn community as a "working group" or a "discussion group" within the Matterhorn community. The Sakai community already has a model for something like this. (It brought to mind the User Experience Working Group--a group that I used to participate in, where we had our own concerns and "language" so to speak--in the Sakai world, which led me to go check out the Sakai wiki. There, I see that there's even a space for "Spanish Sakai Group" [1]!). Glad to hear that your intent is to bring interesting "stuff" back to the main list.
