OK , thanks I get it working :)
I just had to get linux headers. 
Shared folders set up in VB GUI (4.x) are mounted at startup under 
/media/sf_<shared folder name> . Nice because I failed myself with fstab :-/
Finally, I choose to keep the shared folder on my computer with Win 7, and 
use a backup tool to store files on the NAS after compressing and 
encrypting.
And then,  from the NAS to Amazon Glacier .
Just a little question : Sqlite is used as default database ?
