Consumer polls come about from very SMALL samples. To get a real idea, you
need to get a huge sample of consumers. Such polls are only from a handful
and not accurate. Don't forget, they use polls for political measure to see
who will win the next election and it never works out the way the polls say
it will.
No it cannot be reasoned. I told you, the recommendations come from sales
staff. They don't care about the service department as their job doesn't
rely on the serviceman.
As for not trusting servicemen, I said that I work closely with them, I AM
ONE!
And as for dentists, now you've gone to a very silly tangent.

do with CR's opinion. It is just a bunch of numbers based on the
experiences of
their readers.
I'm not so sure that I would trust the word of a service man either. They
all
have their own agenda. Remember the more defective a unit, the more job
security
it offer's them.
Can't it be reasoned that if they recommend a unit, they want to know that
it
will be one that keeps them employed.
These people are not like dentists, who are fools. The majority of them try
and
offer patients as much in the way of prevention so that the future of
dentistry
is in danger.
