IT Department.  The only way it could work otherwise is for the NUR Dept
be willing to relinquish 100% of this person's time to her/his duties as
Clinical Analyst, and to provide office space for same.  Harsh
experience shows that NUR dept's tend to use the nursing skills of their
employees first and to treat IT work as secondary.  That's highly unfair
to the poor sucker that takes a position like that.

In a small hospital that only has one Clinical Analyst......could that
Clinical Analyst (that is in charge of the NUR, OE, PCI and NPR modules)
report to the Nursing Department.....or....do they need to be in the IT
Department?
