Terry,

It was running around M but i wasnt going to leave it settle for it being 
that hot.
I redid the Timing on the weekend, i was pretty sure it was out but how can 
you tell forsure?? any way this time it is on #3 , because 1 and 2 left way 
too much slack in the RHS of the chain, I also used a new tensioner which 
had a fair bit more meat on it.

Put it altogether and it doesnt overheat any more!
