If you use a dodgy engineer, don't forget if you have a prang and seriously
injure or kill someone, and you happen to get sued, you will be in more shit
than Ned Kelly.

Still if it passes and YOU are happy with it then that is what should
matter...
It would suck if he rejected something that you obviously thought was
perfectly
safe and viable (within limits of course).
