Well theres not too much wrong with my car at all. The seats will have to
be re-welded yes but thats no problem at all cause i do it every day at work
anyhow. Its just a matter of time and pulling the bastards out. I wouldnt
be able to do your little test anyhow Geordie cause my seats hard up against
the roll bar preventing it from moving. I can move it with force but theres
no need. Also, i was told to take out the roll bar as it is a saftey
hazard. I didnt. He said theres no use for it unless you have a helmet and
a race harness.

The certificate is 100% legal accept he passed little things. So if i am in
an accident and wipe out a person i am not liable. All i did is went and
got the engineers report and if they think it shopuldnt have been passed,
the engineer is held responsible right? To my knowledge, the seats are the
only thing majorly wrong. And thats an easy fix. So, really it isnt a
dodgy engineers report as such, just a guy that passes cars that arnt quite
100% up to scratch.
