I think you may have the Exhaust and Intake coils around the wrong 
way.  The Exhaust are supposed to cut out when the load is over 75%, ie 
close to WOT.  Do you ahve both sets of plugs wired up, or just one set.  I 
don't know how the dizzy switches off the Exhaust plugs but I assume it is 
something in the Vacuum canister-to-electrics reigon.
