Well that pretty much sums it up perfectly. Plus the likelihood of buying an FJ and not having to rebuild it is almost nill, while good condition SR's are still pretty easy to find, making them probably cheaper to begin with anyways.The FJ in my 1600 has done over a 100,000 miles with only a new head gasket ,valve seals (recently) and chain tensioner and is still super reliable and keeps me taking 'the long way home ' :)
