Sounds good, but if you're using a carby then you're best off using a 
200B carby manifold like Zac said for two reasons:

Firstly, it's cheap!
Secondly, it'll flow equal amounts to each cylinder which you may not 
get with a EFI manifold.

Since you own a Stanza there's emissions regulations to comply with, I 
have no idea how you'd pass that.  Do you have to pass an emissions test 
when you do the annual roadworthy certificate?  Perhaps you could try 
sourcing a Stromberg CD175 from a Sigma Turbo - or at least tell the 
inspector that's what you have.
