Mark,

Sounds like you are doing in the right way. Drill a hole in the top and
reverse it out with a tap. Try some heat as well and/or thread lube.

Subject: broken screw

Hi listers,

I have struck a small problem with my L20B. One of the holes in the
block where the engine mounts bolt into has half a screw in there but
the head has snapped off. It is too far in to grip, so i was going to
try to drill a hole in the screw and reverse thread it to get it out but
i thought i'd ask if anyone had any good tricks for getting them out
first. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Mark.
