Hello Mark,

I have only tackled that problem once, but I got one of those easy
outs from autopro for about $4 and that got it out like a charm - the
only problem I had is they have a really small drive on the back,
looks like 1/16th or something, but vice grips make do. Apparently
giving it a bit of a whack in the centre with a centre punch or
something like that can help loosen them up (not enough to damage it
thought).
