i had the same thing on an exhaust manifold bolt, i bought these little packs from my 
local auto parts place that come with a drill bit for reverse threading and another 
drill bit that fits in the hole and u just drill it out, took 5 mins, cost maybe $5 i 
think. cant remember the name of the kit someone will be able to tell you.
