Hi Kris, You just need the crossmember. The mounting points for the lower control arms are mounted higher on the crossmember. This gives you a better roll centre when you lower the car and also less bump steer. The control arms sit on a better angle. You are better off using the later model control arm, because the bushes on the inner end are much better. The early model control arms have a two-piece tapered bush which has more compliance than the later press-in single piece bush. You can still use the 200b brake setup.
