My sister in law about three weeks ago traded in her 1999 BMW and brought a rover 2002 used done 7000km $80,000nz.(NZ new 1 owner)
2000 R34 Skyline GTTi-GTsT (or what ever they call them) $25,000 1990 R32 GTR $32,000 Now why pay $80,000 for a used Rover??shit whats a new one? Now surely a old 240/260Z has more style and class, gee go all the way buy a fully restored one 2 seater What $20,000 or a shitter that goes $2000+.. Value for money in cars is the key to not losing money, once you have learnt this you will never do cash on a car,If you want go and buy a brand new car then sell it a few years later ,and whats it cost you $10,000 20,000 in devalue...(not a wise move)But the Jones werent happy). Plus look at my leopard,Ugly car but its like a wart it grows on you.Now quad cam 32 valve,V8,4 speed auto with O/D also with manual shifting+power mode, trackion control,LSD,4 wheel ABS,power steering,IRS,, gee the list goes on and on, Now the toyota NZ new model of this Nissan Leopard same year 1993 is $45,000. Now because Nissan didnt sell the leopard here these years people dont know of it and its just a jap import but for my $12,500 I cannot replace it with a holden or a ford for under $120,000.(for power output and featuers) The last Nissan Leopard sold here New was around 1986 sorry I carnt think of the model but Tamiya make a model of it,Here New they had the Turbo L28 and 5 speed and cost $15,000nz more than a 280Z.
