I have run Penrite 30 grade in mine for 340,000 kms from new. It is still  on its original unopened engine and runs like a clock (a bit of smoke starting on a cold morning from guide wear I guess. It had 2 services (compulsory) at dealers when new and I did the rest. I had th4e gearbox re-bearingd after 300,000 km but the gears and selector for and coupling rings were as new. It had a hard life from day one with GTS stainless extractors, a chip mod and KONI all round from week one. I have sprinted it and hill climbed it and still no probs. Only one clutch at 140,000 km's. Brakes are a bit iffy though now.
