Well, the flood that I was referring to did more damage to Grand Forks, ND than 
it did to us. There was a lake from
here to there that you could have travelled by boat and it is something like 
140 miles away. Grand Forks had all
sorts of trouble including a major fire in the old downtown area that the 
firemen couldn't get to because the water
was 3 feet deep in the streets, but I don't recall looting or particularly bad 
behaviour. That seems to have been a
New Orleans thing.
